Villa Marina is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Bluewater Bay resort in Kapparis. It is well furnished and has sea views. Just 3 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach and the same distance in the other direction to the town which offers a variety of eateries, bars and a large well priced supermarket.

Villa Marina is a well furnished 3 bedroom villa with sea views. Three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom has a large king size bed with en-suite and  Juliet balcony, a further double bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the pool and the corner twin bedroom with two single beds.

There is a family shower room at the end of the corridor and a utility cupboard with washing machine. There is space for cots in any of the bedrooms.

Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining area and a comfy lounge. There are two sets of patio doors that open out to the pool area or you can get to the garden through the side or rear doors as well.

Being down a cu-du-sac with 5 other villas, we often find children from the neighbouring villas gather to play together in front of the villas in the evenings.

Outside
A very private garden with bordering plants and sea views (on tip toes!). There is plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and lots of space for the kids to run around. The garden and pool area has a bolted gate to ensure you control access and if you need it, we provide fencing across one section of the garden to create a children's play area with play house and outside toys away from the pool so one of the patio doors has access to it.

This means you can leave that door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the 8 x 4m pool. There's outside dining for 6 people with gas BBQ, large sun umbrella, sun loungers, pool and garden.

Although plenty of street parking is available there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.
